Your follow-up appointment is first and foremost a Healing Assessment
Service Description
During this visit, your practitioner will carefully evaluate how your skin has healed, assess pigment retention, symmetry, color, and overall results before determining whether additional pigment should be applied. Every client heals differently. While many clients are ready for a perfecting session within 6–8 weeks, some may require additional healing time due to individual skin characteristics, lifestyle, medications, or healing response. If your practitioner determines that your brows have not fully healed, the perfecting session may be postponed to allow for complete tissue recovery. This decision is made solely to promote the safest procedure and the best long-term healed results. A Healing Assessment may result in one of the following: ✓ Proceed with the scheduled perfecting session. ✓ Recommend additional healing time before further treatment. ✓ Determine that no additional pigment is necessary because the desired result has been achieved. ✓ Recommend an alternative treatment plan if appropriate. The practitioner will use professional judgment to determine the safest timing for any additional permanent makeup procedure.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible results and protect your well-being, we kindly ask that you please do not book if you: Are under 18 years of age Are pregnant or nursing Are taking blood-thinning medications Have viral infections or underlying medical conditions Have diabetes without prior medical clearance Are currently using Retin-A products Are undergoing chemotherapy If you have any other medical concerns, please consult your doctor beforehand and bring a doctor’s note if required. Please be aware there is a sales tax charge that will be added to your total for you payment regardless of promotions and discounts. PRIOR WORK REQUIRES PRIOR APPROVAL Please contact us If you’ve had permanent makeup previously done; prior approval is required before your service. Failure to disclose this may result in service denial and a $200 cancellation fee. CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & LATE POLICY All bookings require a credit card on file, but you will not be charged at the time of booking. Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: A $200 or 20% of service price cancellation fee will be charged. If you are 15+ minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse service, and a cancellation fee may apply.
