POST-TREATMENT -Its recommended that clients should avoid using any exfoliating treatments, like glycolic acid or enzymes, for at least 48 hours after the treatment. - Avoid intense heat for at least 24 hours after treatment. - Try to avoid makeup 24 Hours after treatment for the best Glowy Skin Results. Cancellation Policy
Arrival: We advise first time clients to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for forms/check-in and preparation for your treatment. Returning clients can arrive at their appointment time, if you are early please text us to allow us to be at the door to greet you:) Our Doors automatically lock for the safety and privacy of our clients, so you may be locked out if our staff is not at the door. We are by Appointments only. Appointments should be made by calling/texting us or online( has to be approved by the spa). We do not charge extra card fee payments. We offer $20 Off your total price if you pay CASH(Offer only applies to totals over $140). Please be aware we do not always have exact change for Cash, but we will try our best! Late Arrivals: Arrival after 15 minutes, may affect the allotted time of the service. Your service type may be changed to avoid delays for other clients. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time but this may not always be possible. For all clients we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot, etc… We will try our best to accommodate if we can, but please understand we may not be able to. Or contact us earlier to allow us to adjust if we can. Anything later than 15 minutes is subject to cancelling and rescheduling. If we did not have you on the schedule and you show up for an appointment, we are not subject to take the appointment. We understand human mistakes so if we have a free slot or anyone who has an opening to do the service we will honor the client. But we ask for understanding and to not take out inappropriate behavior on staff and the spa. Any products purchased can not be returned. If you want an appointment out of our hours/days you can reach out to us to book for it, but it will be a 25% fee charge added to appointment. Cancellation fee: Please be aware cancellations within 48 hours of appointment are subject to 20% of the appointment price. If you reschedule we will apply the fee payment towards the rescheduled appointment.
