The Japanese medical-grade skincare products integrate a patented nano capsule fresh collagen delivery system with a new multi-capsule ingredient delivery technology. Together, the two technologies create stronger, healthier, and more radiant skin. Because of its size and shape fresh collagen molecules can’t penetrate the skin. Dr. Kaise and Dr. Kaneko solved issue this by wrapping strands of fresh collagen around phospholipid nano capsules. These nano capsules wrapped in fresh collagen, penetrate the stratum corneum layer of skin to repair the cellular structure of the skin for improved texture and clarity. Fresh collagen repairs and strengthens the stratum corneum layer of skin, creating a strong foundation to optimize delivery of ingredients that moisturize, tone, and firm the skin. The nano capsule delivery system allows better penetration of Hyaluronic Acid for hydration, Vitamin C glycoside for toning, and Disodium Adenosine Triphosphate for firming. Faith Cosmetics Lameller Mode Precare Essence C is not only anti-aging, but it’s youth-promoting, and perfect for all skin types. Late Cancellation / No-Shows Guests are responsible for lateness, late cancellations, and no-shows. Cancellation under 24 hours counts as a no-show. If you are a no-show to your scheduled appointment your deposit will be redeemed for that session and you will not receive a refund. If no deposit was applied you will have to pay a $50.00 no-show/late cancellation fee prior to booking another appointment. If paying with a voucher, the voucher will be redeemed and there will be a no-show/late cancellation fee of $50.00 to schedule another appointment. Any no-shows/late cancellations related to service packages are subject to the forfeit of that scheduled treatment. Guests who cancel or reschedule reservations before 24 hours of their appointment time are granted full credit at the clinic. If you fail to show for your appointment more then once we can and will send an invoice up to full charge of the service/services booked. Payments The spa accepts Cash(We do not carry change.), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
Cancellation Policy
Arrival: We advise first time clients to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for forms/check-in and preparation for your treatment. Returning clients can arrive at their appointment time, if you are early please text us to allow us to be at the door to greet you:) Our Doors automatically lock for the safety and privacy of our clients, so you may be locked out if our staff is not at the door. We are by Appointments only. Appointments should be made by calling/texting us or online( has to be approved by the spa). We do not charge extra card fee payments. We offer $20 Off your total price if you pay CASH. Please be aware we do not always have exact change for Cash, but we will try our best! Late Arrivals: Arrival after 15 minutes, may affect the allotted time of the service. Your service type may be changed to avoid delays for other clients. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time but this may not always be possible. For all clients we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot, etc… We will try our best to accommodate if we can, but please understand we may not be able to. Or contact us earlier to allow us to adjust if we can. Anything later than 15 minutes is subject to cancelling and rescheduling. If we did not have you on the schedule and you show up for an appointment, we are not subject to take the appointment. We understand human mistakes so if we have a free slot or anyone who has an opening to do the service we will honor the client. But we ask for understanding and to not take out inappropriate behavior on staff and the spa. Any products purchased can not be returned. If you want an appointment out of our hours/days you can reach out to us to book for it, but it will be a 25% fee charge added to appointment. Cancellation fee: Please be aware cancellations within 48 hours of appointment are subject to 20% of the appointment price. If you reschedule we will apply the fee payment towards the rescheduled appointment.
