Service Description
NanoBrows, also known as Machine Hairstrokes, is the most advanced technique in permanent makeup for creating incredibly natural, realistic brows. Using an ultra-fine needle and a digital PMU machine, we implant pigment into the skin in the form of crisp, delicate hair-like strokes that mimic the look of real brow hairs—without the harshness or trauma of traditional microblading. This technique is perfect for those who want a fuller yet natural look, especially clients with normal to dry skin or anyone looking to correct or refresh previous brow work. What to Expect: Consultation: We assess your natural brow pattern, skin type, and desired result to design the perfect set of brows for your face. Brow Mapping: Each stroke is thoughtfully placed based on your bone structure and existing hair flow to achieve hyper-realism. Numbing: A topical anesthetic is applied to maximize comfort during the procedure. Precision Hair Stroke Application: Using a digital PMU machine, individual strokes are created to blend seamlessly with your natural hair. Healing & Perfecting Session: A touch-up is scheduled 6–8 weeks post-procedure to refine shape, depth, and color. This service is ideal for clients who want the most natural brow enhancement possible with minimal skin trauma and beautiful long-term results.
Cancellation Policy
Arrival: We advise first time clients to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for forms/check-in and preparation for your treatment. Returning clients can arrive at their appointment time, if you are early please text us to allow us to be at the door to greet you:) Our Doors automatically lock for the safety and privacy of our clients, so you may be locked out if our staff is not at the door. We are by Appointments only. Appointments should be made by calling/texting us or online( has to be approved by the spa). We do not charge extra card fee payments. We offer $20 Off your total price if you pay CASH. Please be aware we do not always have exact change for Cash, but we will try our best! Late Arrivals: Arrival after 15 minutes, may affect the allotted time of the service. Your service type may be changed to avoid delays for other clients. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time but this may not always be possible. For all clients we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot, etc… We will try our best to accommodate if we can, but please understand we may not be able to. Or contact us earlier to allow us to adjust if we can. Anything later than 15 minutes is subject to cancelling and rescheduling. If we did not have you on the schedule and you show up for an appointment, we are not subject to take the appointment. We understand human mistakes so if we have a free slot or anyone who has an opening to do the service we will honor the client. But we ask for understanding and to not take out inappropriate behavior on staff and the spa. Any products purchased can not be returned. If you want an appointment out of our hours/days you can reach out to us to book for it, but it will be a 25% fee charge added to appointment. Cancellation fee: Please be aware cancellations within 48 hours of appointment are subject to 20% of the appointment price. If you reschedule we will apply the fee payment towards the rescheduled appointment.
